Kid Savant is an unsigned band out of San Francisco, CA. After seeping through the cracks of multiple college music scenes, these misfit toys found each other one by one to create the group, Kid Savant. Going to school in Indianapolis and Chicago and spending their summers making music in Montreal (avoiding the banal college internship), the band are thoroughly enjoying experimenting with their electronic/dreampop sound. Lifted by their great response from supporting Melissa Auf der Maur at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn and completing their first self booked tour—resulting in a sold out show at Pianos in NYC—Kid Savant are looking forward to bringing their fresh sound and sight to new ears and eyes… (myspace)
